Today we were up early again. That seems to be the story of our trip. We had to leave early so we could be back in Salt Lake City with plenty of time to turn in our rental car and get checked in for our flight back home. While Mommy and Daddy were getting the last things packed up, I stayed out of their way by laying on the bed and watching tv.
Mommy didn't have her camera handy on our way into Park City, so she took a few pictures of the view as we were on our way out of Park City.

Mommy took these pictures on the highway heading towards Salt Lake city. The mountains were awesome and the pictures don't do them justice

We got to the airport with plenty of time to get our car turned in. We got checked in for our flight and this time we were all seated together. Mommy was happy about that. We had a while before it was time to get on our plane, so Mommy took me to this little play area to waste some time. There wasn't a whole lot to do, but it was better than sitting in a chair by the gate.

Today there were no problems with our plane. We boarded right when we were supposed to, which was lunchtime. Since we weren't going to get anything more than a drink on the plane, Mommy used our wait time to buy us some lunch. So once we were in the air, she pulled out cheeseburgers and fries from Burger King and we had lunch. After that, she set me up with a movie and I watched "The Little Mermaid." She would have liked me to take a nap when it was over, but she knew that was a losing battle so I also got to watch "Ratatouille" until it was time to land and she had to put her laptop away.

Once we landed we hurried through the airport to the baggage area to pick up our suitcases and then we walked around a little until we figured out how to get back to the parking garage. We finally found our car and were soon on our way back home. We had another long ride to get back home, and after about 20 minutes, Mommy thought she heard snoring and when she looked back, I looked like this:

I slept the whole rest of the way home.

I had a great time in Utah and I hope that some day we might be able to go back. But it was really nice to come home and sleep in my own bed.

Today was so much fun. We went to the Jordanelle Resevoir and spent the whole day riding jet skis, tubing, canoeing, and water skiing. The only thing I had done before was go canoeing. We were there early, so I was one of the first to go out on the jet ski. It was awesome.

Because we wanted everyone to have a turn if they wanted one, we had to do a lot of waiting. Daddy and I found a good place to sit and relax a little bit.
It wasn't time to tube yet, so we figured why not?

Since we weren't going tubing until after lunch, Daddy and I went canoeing with Miss Julie and Samuel. Miss Julie had never been canoeing before and Daddy said she did a very good job. Samuel and I got into a splash fight and got his mom all wet!
After a really good lunch, it was finally time for tubing and water skiing. I got to do tubing first. I had to wait a little while, again, and I was starting to get tired,

but I was ready to go. I went with Will. We made everyone laugh because we were asking to go faster when we had barely even left the dock!

(this is us getting directions)
After tubing, I got in line to do water skiing. I was on the second to last trip of the day, but it was worth the wait. I had so much fun!

Tonight, after we got back, we all went to a pizza place for supper. We kind of took the
place over.

After taking over the pizza place, we went back to the hotel and took over the pool. We hung out and had an ice cream party!

Thanks Rachel for planning such an awesome day for all of us!!

This morning we were up early and had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It was pretty good...a lot more food than I could eat, though. On the way back to our room, we ran into the Werners in the lobby. We talked to them for a while and then went back to our room so I could get ready to go swimming.

While we were out at the pool, Rachael, Larissa and Josiah were shouting hi to us from Angie's balcony and Miss Gina came down to talk to us. They weren't able to come to Birmingham last year, so we were happy to see them this year. After Daddy and I swam for a little bit we went back to our room and got dried off and dressed and we all headed to the lobby because it was almost time for us to get massages and for the dads that were going golfing to leave for the golf course. When we got to the lobby, Miss Emily went to work seeing if all of our fetal surgery families could have rooms near each other, instead of all around the hotel. She was able to work it out, so Daddy moved us to our third room in two days. I think we'll stay here until we leave, though.

After the massage therapist set up her chair, I hopped up to help her see if everything was in the right place for kids and I got the first massage of the afternoon.

Since the chair massage was so nice, I thought I'd go ahead and try a table massage, too.

It was really nice of these ladies to volunteer their time and give us all free massages. Thank you!

Daddy left with a couple of other dads to go play golf, and he drove, so Mommy and I had no way to get anyplace other than the hotel restaurant for lunch, so that's where we went. They had these really nice cloth napkins that I liked to tie around my neck like a cowboy. Howdy Partner!

After lunch I got to go back out to the pool and swim with everyone for a while. That was a lot of fun.

After swimming we went back to our room and I got dried off and dressed again and then went across the hall to hang out with Angie in her room. Daddy wasn't back from golfing yet and Mommy was getting ready to go out with all the other moms later in the evening.

I kind of wore myself out swimming today. At least that's what Mommy thinks. I had a meltdown because my arms hurt where my swim vest had rubbed on them. Mommy tried what she could to help them feel better but there wasn't really much she could do. I ended up falling asleep while watching tv (and I never fall asleep when I'm watching tv) and I was much better when I woke up.

While the moms all went out for dessert and an evening away from it all, the dads (and grandma) and us kids all went to the movie theater that was behind the hotel and got to see WALL*E. Rachel tried to get us free tickets, but they couldn't do it on the opening weekend of the movie, but she was able to get us all free popcorn. Thanks Rachel!! I had a good time at the movies and I was very tired by the time it was over. Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day, going jet skiing, tubing and water skiing, so I was glad to get back to our room and go to bed.

Today we got up really early and drove two hours to get to the airport. We were going to Utah for our Fetal Surgery Reunion. We had to wait for a long time at the airport before we could get on our plane, so I had time to walk around and watch the planes that were taking off and landing. When it was almost time to get on the plane, the lady announced that there was a problem with the one we were supposed to get on and we were going to have to wait for at least half an hour, maybe even longer. We got lucky and they were able to get a different plane for us to go on, so we only had to wait a half an hour. Once we finally got on our plane and found our seats we were ready to go. I got to sit with Mommy, and there was a very nice lady sitting next to us...Daddy sat a couple of rows back from us. I practiced some writing and numbers for a little bit and then I got to watch a movie. After the movie, Mommy wanted me to take a short nap, but I was to excited to sleep.

When we got to Salt Lake City, we grabbed our luggage and got our rental car and then drove to Park City to find our hotel. We got checked in to a nice room right by the pool.
Mommy made me lay down and take a nap, and I did finally sleep for a little bit. While I was sleeping, Daddy called some of our friends who were already at the hotel and while he was talking, the phone died. They couldn't fix it, so we had to change rooms, to one right across the hall. Once we got settled, we went to get something to eat, and then I got to go swimming for a little bit. It really gets cold fast when the sun goes down, so we didn't stay in the pool for too long.

I'm so excited to be here. I can't wait to see everyone tomorrow!

Today we went to Cedar Point. Mommy and Daddy help out with middle school UMYF, so we to go to Cedar Point with them every year. This year, I was tall enough to ride
some of the big roller coasters. So I rode this one: Iron Dragon. It was pretty scary and I definitely didn't want to ride it more than once, but I did it. My Grandma came with us and she rode the Iron Dragon, too, even though she doesn't usually ride roller coasters.

Hanging out in Camp Snoopy was more my speed. I loved riding the Lolli Swings, the Camp Snoopy Bus, and the Red Baron Airplanes.

I liked riding the Woodstock Express better than the Iron Dragon.

(we're right behind the "engine" car)
I went it twice and would have gone more, but Daddy said no, and Mommy didn't want to ride it. She did go on the Junior Gemini with me, though. While we were in Camp Snoopy, I got to have my picture taken with Schroeder.

I talked Grandma into riding the Tilt-a-Whirl with me after Daddy said he wouldn't go again. Two times was enough for him. One time was enough for Grandma. She was ok until just before the ride ended when we got spinning really fast. I couldn't talk Mommy into going with me at all.

I liked riding the Sky Ride and the Giant Wheel, too. It was a hot day, and they were up high enough to catch a really nice breeze. We could also see almost everything in the park from up there.

Later on I rode the bumper cars. I had a little trouble getting them moving, but it was still fun.

Later on, after our second check-in, we ran into Snoopy, so I got my picture taken with him, too.
By supper time, I was getting pretty tired. I wanted to put my head down on the table and rest, but Mommy wouldn't let me, so I sat there and sulked until my food came.

After supper, I rode on a few more kiddie rides while Daddy tried to get on a big roller coaster. I think he wanted to ride the Raptor, but the line was too long. He did end up riding something else though. When it was just about time to leave, it started to rain. A lot of the rides shut down, so it was a good thing we were ready to go.

I really had a lot of fun at Cedar Point. It was a long day, though, and we weren't far into our trip home before I looked like this:

I can't wait to go back next year!

Today my kindergarten class had its end of the year party. I can't believe that in two days, school will be over and I will be done with kindergarten. In September I will be in 1st grade!!

We had a lot of really good food.

After we finished eating, we got to go outside and run around and play with bubbles.

Then it was time to line up and go inside for....

....ICE CREAM!!!

It was a really fun party and I had a really great time in kindergarten. I will miss having Mrs. Prout as my teacher, but I am looking forward to first grade
