Grandpa had to go to Uncle Paul's house to help him and Aunt Coleen get some work done, but he came up with this really fun thing for Mommy, Grandma and I to do today. We went to a park that has this really neat miniature train ride.

There were a few different trains running today, so there were people coming and going all the time. There was a long line, but it moved pretty quickly.

This engine actually has a little engineer in the window.

This train needed a jump start.

The ride was a lot of fun. It went back through a meadow and then into the woods. There were bridges to go over, and even a little miniature train station. We couldn't take any pictures during the ride because the trains rocked back and for a little bit, so they didn't want people falling off, and there were some narrow areas and they didn't want people getting hurt because their arms were sticking out.

This was a neat train. It's a steam engine. I don't think it had as much power as the other trains because it didn't take as many passengers and only had two or three cars. But it had a working whistle. Toot! Toot!
